Looks simple enough
I have keyless go, so here's how I am doing it
Push the start button once
Get the mileage screen on
Press and hold the Phone and the Go buttons together and the menu should& would pop up
Here's where the the problem is..
As soon as I hold those buttons, The message with
Trip reset Yes/NO pops up
I have tried every possible way, including but not limited to, sitting in the passenger seat, sitting on the ****en top, standing facing away and towards the car but I just can't past that ****en message

have you popped the start button out and just inserted the key fob and switched to ignition 1?
phone and OK buttons? (What's the go button?)
and you held phone and OK for like 10 seconds until service menu should pop up?

I always have the Coolant and Oil temp screen on. So, I have to make sure I switch to the mileage screen before I shut down if I am to reset service light. Once shut down, push start button w/o pressing brake (ignition to position 1). Then press PHONE and within ONE SEC. press OK and hold both.
