Order guide?
I have an E43 on order...supposed to be here in Toronto in mid-Jan but no VIN number yet....fully loaded it is around 96K Canadian... I am hearing that the E63s will be available by June at the latest (from the local MB sales manager of a corporate store)... Frankly, I just haven't been reading very good reviews on the E43 but the 63 will be a monster. Has anyone seen an order guide yet? I am guessing that the price difference will be 15K or so?

Well, let's start with a base price of 100. Then add 9 for carbon brakes, 4 for the fancy audio system, 5 for the "unique" paint and 3 or 4 for the "safety" stuff and it looks pretty easy to hit 130 with just a few other options.
. Not sure if we are that lucky. Heated and Ventilated Front Seats is another option that will hopefully be $0 cost. (Heated will be, not sure about vented. The combination is $450 on the E43).Just about everything else can arguably be skipped (AMG Carbon Ceramic Braking System ($8,950), Carbon Fiber Engine Cover ($1,500?), Panorama Roof ($1,090), 811 - Burmester High-End 3D Surround Sound System ($4,550), Acoustic Comfort Package, AMG Exterior Carbon Fiber Package, AMG Night Styling Package, and 20-inch AMG Wheels).

the 2018 E63 S order guide (Canada) was released to dealer on Dec 6, 2016.
My dealer MB Thornhill sent me the guide on Dec 14 and I went in to put in my order on Dec 17, 2016 ... for a wagon. The official price for the sedan should be out in late January (could be as late in April 2017). I was given the first allocation for the wagon for Canada as it will be a June production and early Sep delivery.
For the sedan, there are just 3 package options. 1) Intelligent drive 2) AMG 3) Premium
Call your SA ... all dealers should have this into the database now.

Do you also have the guide for the normal E63 (not S)
The MBUSA website listed both the "S" and "non-S" versions originally, and recently removed all of the "non-S" information.

funny thing .. we do have very similar taste in cars. But you changed cars much more often than me and you are willing to try out other brands, like Jag.
For Canada, we don't get the non S version.
$100k base is not cheap but "only" a 25% uptick is base price from 14 years ago isn't too far out of line.
The new car should be awesome and IMHO best feature (fun factor) is the ability to disconnect the front axel (AWD) by pressing both the paddle shifters.

I have chosen this too. If it is couple of thousands $, then I will probably get it.
This type of matte paint can be difficult to maintain, I have started asking around to see how much it would cost to wrap the entire car with Xpel Stealth, first quote came back to be very, very expensive ... around $6.5K Cdn. I was thinking more like $3.5K Cdn being reasonable.
