For US & Canada, let's hope we see this real soon.

Here is my order with my selected options/packages
Base $118,500 ($5,000 increase over W212 MY16)
Designo Selenite Grey $2,500
Prem pkg $7,800
AMG Driver pkg $2,500
Exterior CF Trim $3,500
Night pkg $850
Total $135,650
Negotiated with 4% discount
+ $3300 fees
+ taxes
My configuration order will be locked in 1st week of August. I still have 3 weeks to make the change. I may delete the Exterior CF trim as it seems a bit pricey for just getting front splitter/lip and rear diffuser. May elect to go aftermarket instead, if the price is reasonable.

- Freight & Pre-Delivery Inspection & Preparation $2900 (AMG cars). Non-Amg car $2500. Dealer pocket more just because they say it will take them more time and care to prep a AMG car. LOL.
- Dealer admin fee $400.

Canadian E 63 sedan & wagon comes with RF Tires and there is no spare in the trunk as I was just informed. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S comes in only regular non RF, therefore, the choice we get would be either Pirelli or Continental.
I was asking if I can special request for Michelin PS 4S and was told I cannot have. End of discussion (due to certification and liability reasons)
