E43 AMG Tech Problems
Hi All,
Just took delivery of an E43 AMG Iridium Silver/Black interior.
Driven it for only 625 miles....Seriously!!
Already facing three problems: 01) this morning I got a warning on the screen indicating the PRE-SAFE PLUS system is damaged. Stop/restarted the engine but problem is still present. Warning wont go away......02) Back-up camera does not work either (sensors do), when I hit reverse I get a black screen and 03), a rattling noise behind the widescreen on dashboard.
Taking the car to the dealer tomorrow.....what a drag!!
I´ve owned several MB cars for the last 25 years and never had a problem after driving them for such a short distance.
I guess the MB build quality has been downgraded for the benefit of cost savings.
Will keep you posted after dealer visit.
