As the title says, here is the updated guide I got from my dealer... updated yesterday. Sorry no pricing yet for the AMGs, but a couple of good to know updates.

1) Updated VPC accessories
2) New wheels for Luxury Line
3) New premium package without the 12.3 inch screen... global constraint

Number 3 seems the most surprising.

Edward

Wow, thats not good, I was looking forward to having that big screen. My car is suppose to be mfg'd Early September, god only knows when I'll be seeing the car though with all the delays, if they do intact build the car then I just hope it does not sit in Port for 4 or 5 months, if so I may not want the car, especially now that it looks like it's gonna have a smaller center screen.

You should be fine. Apparently my wagon is at the dock waiting to be put on a ship, much earlier than I had expected. Hoping the engine certification gets approved prior to the arrival of the car at the US port. If not, I am sure the car will sit for a week or two, not the end of the world. Also, you wouldn't have a smaller screen unless you ordered the car that way. If anything, it would just delay the wagon being built until the screen is obtained to complete the build.

So according to that 7/26 guide, the panorama sunroof is standard (at least in the USA)?

I saw in other threads / build sheets that it was a $1,000 option (in lieu of a standard, old school sunroof), and was about to post asking if it was possible to delete the sunroof altogether.

I believe this applies to the P2 pkg on non-AMG models. Isn't the widescreen standard on the 63?

Looking at the DOG in detail, I believe you are correct. It's the non-amg models that have the option of the widescreen.

The dual Moonroof is standard with the E63Amg Wagons, but not the Sedans, it is a $1000.00 option with the Sedan. This might be some of the reason the bast MSRP price is a little higher on the Wagons.

I hope that certification snag gets squared away soon for your sake and my sake in the future. My car will not be built for another 5 weeks and I'm hoping for Mid Septemeber they have the cars rolling through the ports to the dealers at that point in time. I don't think I'm going to handle it very well if my car ends up Sitting at the Baltimore Port for 4 or 5 months.

Ah, got it, thanks - I haven't looked at the dealer ordering guide for the sedan.

Also, the moonroof as standard is super annoying as the German E63S wagon comes standard with no moonroof, which I'd prefer. Rather take a lower base price than have these things included.

Ya, they should give that option. I know on a lot of the older AMG's the Pano roofs were a real source of creeks and problems for many owners.

Thanks very much for the 7-26 DOG. I'm buying a 2018 E400 wagon, European Delivery. Picking up next June, but will start negotiating before this December. Can you post a newer version of the DOG for MY_18 wagon? A finalized guide would be ideal.
