I think Simarddominic is right. Might be stuck getting the Series 2 Pirelli’s if I want to stick with 20’s.

Those Nokia R2’s could work. 1.1% difference in overall diameter at the front and rear when compared to stock.

they will work better in those deep snow/ice condition (much) better than the Pirelli. Just my opinion.

The Pirelli series 2 is so old in design and old tech rubber compound, hence the reason Series 3 is already out as the "improved" version. Maybe a marketing hype but I sure would want the latest winter tire technology as they are not cheap anyway.

Anyway, it is just a matter of your own preference in the end.

With a different size than OEM,even if it is a small difference, can there not be some risk for the 4MAtic+ AWD system ?

I would think not (as the AWD monitors wheel speed and is able to adjust accordingly), besides, we don't drive like a total moron in wintry condition, without regards to others. Common sense dictates how we should behave in driving the beast.
