Tire pressures

Hey guys picked up my car last night but noticed the Pirelli tires it came with ( I know sucks) were inflated to 45 front and 47 rears by dealer.
Road tire noise was really loud last night on my way home from the dealer. Anyone else notice this?

What are the recommended pressures on the fuel filler door? And are there different pressure for 19 and 20" wheels listed or only for 20s? 45 / 47 for 20" wheels with 35 profile tires sounds like it might be a bit noisy / harsh.

I am considering getting 19" HRE wheels. I know sacrilege.

Mid 40’s psi ... that seems very high. I would think mid 30’s would be the norm for less than full load capacity

I'll take a picture in a little, but for the 20s it was 37 for light load and 40 for heavier load, as I recall. When I drove off the lot I had 41 on the tires.

Yes they do. They don't want the liability of a blown tire coming to bite them with "You didn't put enough air in the tires for the car's rated speed"
