Renntech lowering module installed on wagon!

Admittedly I haven't called Renntech but according to their website, once you plugged the module into your car, the module is permanently "married" to that specific car. This means you won't be able to use the module in any other car and the module is worthless is you sell the car.
The old one (V3) is wired but I have moved into 3 cars so far...

I'm inclined to think you can unmarry the module and move it to another car. Probably works like every OBD handheld tuner these days.
Driven615, wagon looks awesome.

So that module needs to be sold with the car or it's a bricked product...
Our V3 module won't work either, so links maybe the way to go...

So, you buy the module, decide you don't want to drive lowered and that stock is OK. Now you have a $$ piece of hardware laying about your garage you can't sell.

Your car looks awesome. Enjoy! Maybe even add some spacers for the final touch?

No worries man, I'm sure there's a way to unmarry it, it's all about motivation. It's almost like complaining about gas mileage on a 600hp wagon. Products are priced the way they are because it's a $120k+ vehicle. I like the convenience of the obd2 and I’ve never had a problem with Renntech. Anyways I'm working on a widebody for it and some new wheels for the spring.
