Just picked up my HRE P103s. Went for the more subtle OEM look and very pleased with the outcome. The offset is just right too. Thanks to Tunerworks in Calgary, they’re always a top notch service

On 21's we use 265/30/21 || 305/25/21. If you purchase a high quality wheel like an HRE you won't have to worry too much about bending them as they are built from 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum & extremely durable. Ride quality however will suffer a bit -you'll feel the road's imperfections a lot more.

Well, I take crap photos but the wheels look excellent in real life. Kudos to ARMotowerkz for these Zito ZF02's in Satin Black on Bridgestones. Great service and great wheels (just a bit dusty even though washed recently...). Anyhow, love the wheels.

The HRE P103s look great. I love all the spokes! The only thing is that there is that much more to clean, but worth it!
The Zitos look nice as well. Are they the flow forged or whatever they call it?

I agree it’s worth it. But that’s why I chose a colour that will hide the dirt when I’m too lazy to clean them lol.

Hmmm, that's interesting. Not concerned with the wheels on my E63 since I have CCB's, but for my R8 which are coincidentally HRE P43's. Is this something that I can easily apply myself or do I have to have someone do it?

but as was said, do the coating thing. Pay someone to do it. Take tires off wheels and have whole thing coated. Worth the expense in my mind. Agree with jurrian.
edit: I say pay someone, as there is a procedure when applying this stuff. If want to learn and practice, by all
means, go for it. Otherwise, there are skilled folks out there.

It's not necessary to take tires off to apply ceramic or quartz. I did it by myself a few weeks ago. Took about 4 hours and spent $160 instead of $600 at local shops.
Ill definitely to do it with my winter rims if I'll go buy them )))
