We used to ask Braselton all the time---why can't you just drill them in the USA? Especially the LM an LMR...I know you don't want to get into a bunch of sloppy work on mass production wheels....
And you're still using the PFS kits anyway, so offset can't be that big a deal. You should be able to cover most models with very few part numbers....
But at these prices?

All new part numbers are subject to several strength tests; these tests often destroy the wheels. (1 wheel for each test) So to make a one-off set for you, we’d have to make 7-8 wheels, only to destroy 3-4… just not viable.
And then there’s the engineering time, we’re rather backed up with projects currently – so dedicating an engineer for one set is not the best use of time.
I was under the impression that they made wheels for AMG and I wanted a set of 10 spoke SLS AMG lightweight wheels spec'd for my W213 AMG. I couldn't have imaged it was such a bridge too far (notwithstanding the AMG trademark/branding challenges).

you can get a few BBS options in 19 and 20 for 5x112 cars. i'm sure you could make set fit that doesn't require custom stuff
for example the bronze CI-R they make in a 20x10 +45 and 20x10 +20 which would be a pretty nice and slightly aggressive fitment for an E63. you could even run the same 295 /30/20 tires front and rear https://bbs-usa.com/road_wheels/whee....cfm?wheel=106

Oh gosh that is so sick!!! I was checking BBS website and I even emailed them to hopefully provide more size and offsets for our cars. Yours must be custom made by Armotorwerks? What is your specs you got? Definitely rare to see BBS whees on Merc's.

Just installed these BBS LM-R. 21x9.5 and 10.5. Not ideal sizing but works for me!
Installed with a VLAD module, and its set on the "lowered" position out of the box.
Those LMR's are sick and love the 21 size. I think they are perfect in sizing. What offset did you go with? Anymore pics? Would love to see more and are they custom made as BBS specs are hard to come by for our cars.
We should all email BBS and hopefully they will provide more specs and sizing for LM and LMR's so they know there is a demand and market for Mercedes car's.

I am sure if BBS starts making the proper specs and more options for our cars there will be more Mercedes buying BBS wheels. Seems like their market is targeting BMW's more than the Mercedes market which is sad to see.

I don't see the rear working at all. I have a 10mm spacer on the rear of my car with stock wheels plus stock sized tires and I'm super flushed!
