E43 does not have this kind of wheel offering.
I have a set of the mentioned for my winter use (E63).
For E43 real 19" OEM wheels
Front Wheels: 8Jx19 ET20
Rear Wheels: 9Jx19 ET49

I think they are AMG GTS wheels, split 5.
Actually they are probably not LOL

just on the rims .... the calculation suggests https://www.quattrotires.com/wheel-offset-calculator
the proposed front rim will create a +39mm extension outward of wheel
the proposed rear rim will create a -14mm closer to the strut suspension which could rub against it

the rear, even if you put a spacer of like 15mm on, it will clear the strut/suspension components. However, the spacer will now create another problem, that is pushing the wheel outward by another 15mm, thus creating a +27mm extension of the wheel outward.

They look like the rims that come in the factory E63 winter tire & rim package...but that set runs $6k+
I doubt anyone would sell a legitimate set of 4 OEM rims for less than the retail price of one. No doubt they are replicas.

The price is too good to be true but who knows. I would contact the seller and ask to get close-up pics on the inside wheel markings. Easy to spot a rep. this way...

What should I look for? It does say "made in Germany" stamped into the alloy and the MB logo with part number and the offset etc.... Thoughts?

Counterfeits use the original rims as templates for the castings so anything on the original would show on the fake. The only way to really tell is the first time you hit a small pothole and the wheel deforms like you hit a sinkhole.

If those offsets are it and matching the original wheel offsets they are likely original because there would be only a tiny market for it.
Either way, AMG or not, those are low cost cast aluminum wheels.
Naturally it’s best is to see anything in person.
