Is California Emissions Label Different Than 49 State Cars?

I'm just a couple of documents away from purchasing a 2018 e63s estate (edition 1) which is in a Colorado dealership. What I'm not sure of is if it conforms to California requirements as I have to have it smog tested before I can register it. I'm pretty sure that most new cars are 50 state legal but I am hoping one of you owners from outside California can tell me if the label states that the car conforms to all 50 states (and it may say also California OBD ll). This is the last hurdle but if it is only 49 state legal then I can't register it here and the deal won't happen which would be a major disappointment. Anyway, if anyone can help me with this I will be truly grateful.
Never looked at the label. Was registered just fine in Cali. I could look for it tomorrow if you can give me any idea where the label is located.

"code B - U.S. certified - unmodified vehicle bearing a U.S. EPA emission control label in engine compartment (or on motorcycle frame) in English."

Good luck!
My dealer had to go to Las Vegas to find the next closest match to what I'd bought in terms of color and options.
No problem whatsoever getting it licensed in CA even though that Jeep was initially delivered to a dealer in Nevada.
Only problem I had as a result of the sale was that I later got a fix-it ticket for the window tinting that the Vegas dealer had installed on the Jeep. They'd done such a good job I actually thought the glass was factory and the cop had to show me where the film overlaid the etching of the factory PN on the glass. Had my local dealer remove the tint and give me some credit for the cost of the ticket.
But other than that, no issue getting the out of state vehicle licensed in CA. Maybe all Jeeps are 50 state?
I have had problems with registering some motorcycles in the past and the CA DMV definitely checks VINs for compatibility with CA emissions.
