2019 E63S Sedan Sailing. Anybody Else?

Yeah I'd be happy to help. NetStar is currently experiencing a fatal mainframe error, which has caused the majority of dealer-level functionality to be rendered inoperative. The issue is known and a fix is in the works, but until then, I have very limited access to specific vehicle information.
I'll try to remember to update this post when that changes.

Yes, but not really to this extent. NetStar has experienced functionality issues when a certain feature is updated or a new one implemented, but that is usually reserved to one specific part of NetStar (like pulling an invoice, getting a spec-sheet, etc) and is resolved within a couple hours.
This seems to be system-wide and things are getting funky. I keep getting very strange error messages, and NetStar crashed my browser twice this morning. It looks functional at first glance, but everything is slow and not loading correctly. Vehicles I have in inventory don't show to be in inventory, VMIs are not functional at all either. Most of what Sales and Service departments use within NetStar is inoperative. This issue began yesterday afternoon and has continued into the business day today. Currently 10AM where I am.

Until cars are confirmed to have been released from the VPC, I would suggest not getting hopes up too high before Aug/Sept. Better to expect it late and have it show up early than the other way around.

A little more on tariff status.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...-tariff-threat
snip:
While European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and Trump agreed this week to refrain from “unilateral actions” as the EU and the U.S. negotiate a trade pact, a Commerce Department investigation under an act that permits the imposition trade restrictions if car imports are found to harm national security is still ongoing, keeping up the pressure on major exporting nations.
"We’ve been directed by the president to continue the investigation, get our material together but not actually implement anything pending the outcome of the negotiation," U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said on July 26. "What we’ve agreed to is not to impose automotive tariffs while the negotiations are under way."

I’m worried the new E53 engine will hold up the release of all MY19. Extra scurinty may be paid to the 48 volt hybrid system. My thought is they would want all MY19 have the same release date.
I just WANT my car! It’s so close!
