We were told to not expect any releases in August, and that the E450,53,63 were expected early part of Q4 as of a few days ago. No reasoning why. Safe bet without over promising would be late Sept, early Oct.

I believe these are published only quarterly, so don't hold your breath for an August document. I think the next one will be October. CARB is updated regularly, so it's a better place to look:
