I assume you are a SA, I am the guy from Canada. I was informed earlier that my car production is finished (although he is not that sure) / just "wrapping up". And the reason why he said this is finishing up is because Mercedes isn't always accurate (maybe Mercedes like to "lie" / not transparent / completely change something up?) I since you are SA I wonder if this is the case, maybe even you don't trust Mercedes because they "lie".
The second one is regarding the status of "Produced - Pending Factory Outage (3). I am wondering if you can explain to me a little about it, I am assuming it is literally like a power outage and the 3 means day 3??? Or maybe by outage they mean chip/part shortage so they can't proceed with it?
And is this close to actually delivering it like the actual transport on a boat, or I can expect long delays from here to the boat since maybe the car is "built" but not like 100% built.

My EQS SUV has been at the Vance VPC for over a week. CODE: LLB0 - Vehicle @ VPC.
VIN is in the high 2000's. Does anyone have a similar circumstance? Are they possibly fixing production errors or adding missing parts? Is this a normal delay for domestically produced cars at this plant?

I'll be honest, I haven't heard that code before. I would assume the outage is a parts outage, not related to factory power.
I wouldn't as much say Mercedes is "lying" as much as Netstar is just an automated system. It provides status updates, not a person to speak with. Status changes are not always coherent and as smooth as would be expected. It hasn't helped that since a recent Netstar update, status changes do not always show in the system.

Go to this site Free AIS Ship Tracker - VesselFinder and type in the ship name that your car is assigned to. My dealership was able to provide me with the ship name.
What's your dealership? That PO# shows checked into Los Angeles VPC today.
dealership is in RI. Just spoke with my sales agent. He said same thing. 2 of his cars are showing up in California. They called someone and said they really don’t think they are in California but not sure. Also was informed Mercedes may put a two month hold on the car because it’s a 23. Ugh!

The ship you were on is on the East coast so I agree, very unlikely that the car is in California. Netstar is full of errors right now.
