Break-In Cheating
Ok so I couldn't help it today and, without flooring it, let the engine rev close to 6k rpm's but I only did about 90 mph (I think) before backing off. My wagon has close to 900 miles on it. This thing just wants to go so I let it up to that point. Shouldn't hurt it right?

I think you just threw a rod, take it back to the dealer immediately for a complete engine overhaul!!

Voided your entire warranty. Probably violated about 6 different sections of the Patriot Act. What is CarMax offering? Sell it now before they put a savage title on it. R.I.P.

2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
You'll probably be ok, a lot of people beat the snot out of these cars from day 1. What I worry about most with break in is the rear end gears wearing in right, there is a lot of torque going to those gears, hence the 2 K gear oil change recommendation, they are fairly finely machined to handle the kind of torque they see. If they don't wear in properly you'll be stuck with a whining noise at certain speeds the rest of the cars life or until the gears are replaced. Other than that I don't worry about the engines much, they can take a beating from day one.

I did worse than that pulling out of the dealer lot on a test drive of a car with 30ish miles on it. Then again several more times on the test drive, while being encouraged by the SA.
One of the reasons I ordered a car instead of getting one out of dealer stock.

My good Sir, I just read the patriot act and in section 500 page 35,000 paragraph 2,000,000.05 it specifically stipulates that "all things being considered let it be known that it is commendable and, indeed, recommended to drive in an exuberant manner the E63s for short periods of time while still in the break in period. Just don't tell Mercedes Benz." And since my wagon is one of only three Edition 1's in the U.S. I'd imagine Car Max would offer me at least $1500 for the now steaming pile. What have I done!!!!!!!!!

Yea, when I first test drove a white wagon with some 300 miles on it. the SA stomped on the gas and then slammed on the (carbon/ceramic) brakes. Was mighty impressive but I wondered how many times he's done this in this particular car. Like you, I wouldn't buy this one.
