What I want to know is why did it take 7 months to get a replacement. The experience was worse than pulling teeth. I have never done business with any company who faked a tracking number multiple times. Why was this done? I have proof. The delays and deception were beyond comprehension. No one should have to go through that much turmoil just for car parts. I don't care if they are the best thing since "sliced frog legs", I am not willing to do it again. My experience was way too painful. I will put my hand on a hot stove just once. I am not getting for thermal injury again.

The original box was not damaged, the item was protected by 2 layers of packing material, therefore shipping damage was not plausible. This is not shipping related damage.

I am very unhappy about my experience in purchasing a spoiler due to your unacceptable customer service practices. Your business phone does not work. You don't answer your mobile phone. You do not respond to text messages or emails. You seem only to communicate on IG.I have asked you to send me a refund multiple times since you did not send my replacement in a timely manner. I gave you adequate opportunities to refund my money since you were not sending a replacement. My requests for a refund were on 8/24, 8/28, 8/30, 8/31, 9/3, 9/4, 9/6, 9/7, 9/8, 9/11, 9/13-19, 9/21, 9/24, 9/26-27, 9/29, 10/1, 10/3, 10/5-6, 10/9, 10/10. It finally arrived FedEx ground(not NDA like you promised).
So, I will take you up on your offer to refund me the cost of the purchase of $765.00+20% for all the inconvenience you have caused me over the past 7 months. I will return the spoiler but only after I have received the refund since I don’t want to wait another 7 months for my money.

The replacement of the defective unit took 7 months to get to me after numerous attempts to get you to send one sooner. You kept coming up with even more numerous excuses why you could not ship a replacement. You never provided me with a plausible reason why you failed to send a replacement. I don't need to hear excuses but just wanted a replacement., I gave you ample opportunities to just send me a refund. You didn't want to go with that option. Since you offered me the option of returning the spoiler and getting a full refund, I want to go with that plan but only under my terms listed above since I don't want to wait another 7 mos to get my refund. I was very clear sam, you can send a refund + 20% and I will return the spoiler.
