What I want to know is why did it take 7 months to get a replacement. The experience was worse than pulling teeth. I have never done business with any company who faked a tracking number multiple times. Why was this done? I have proof. The delays and deception were beyond comprehension. No one should have to go through that much turmoil just for car parts. I don't care if they are the best thing since "sliced frog legs", I am not willing to do it again. My experience was way too painful. I will put my hand on a hot stove just once. I am not getting for thermal injury again.

Based on my experience, I would not even attempt this just for car parts when I had such a horrible experience, NEVER AGAIN.

Chris and Reid both received their replacements in a timely fashion.

The Grille was replaced under our clear-coat warranty and the Bootlid Spoiler was damaged during shipment.

The tracking information that we provided to you was valid and replacement was sent and received. The item was damaged during shipment and was completely out of our control.

The item that you purchased is a very hot seller and was back ordered upon your replacement request. We appreciate your comments and apologize for the issues that you experienced.

Your original Bootlid Spoiler that was purchased was sent to you within 24 hours after purchasing the item.

The item was damaged during shipment which is completely out of our control. Once the item leaves our facility we are not responsible for the damages that occur.

We offer the Mirror Housings for the W212 E63 Wagon.

Do you know whether or not the Sedan and Wagon share the same OEM rear diffuser?

Let's not lie to members of this forum. I never received a tracking number for the replacement. It did arrived. You never answered my question of why it took 7 months to get me a replacement for a product that was NOT damaged in shipment. During that 7 month period, you lied to me repeatedly by sending me "FAKE" tracking numbers for a product you never sent me. That is major "DECEPTION". This is not an action to be condoned. The original box was not damaged, the item was protected by 2 layers of packing material, therefore shipping damage was not plausible. This is not shipping related damage.

I am very unhappy about my experience in purchasing a spoiler due to your unacceptable customer service practices. Your business phone does not work. You don't answer your mobile phone. You do not respond to text messages or emails. You seem only to communicate on IG.I have asked you to send me a refund multiple times since you did not send my replacement in a timely manner. I gave you adequate opportunities to refund my money since you were not sending a replacement. For the record sam, my order was placed 3/2 and it was not received until 3/21
The replacement of the defective unit took 7 months to get to me after numerous attempts to get you to send one sooner. You kept coming up with even more numerous excuses why you could not ship a replacement. You never provided me with a plausible reason why you failed to send a replacement. I don't need to hear excuses but just wanted a replacement., I gave you ample opportunities to just send me a refund. You didn't want to go with that option. Since you offered me the option of returning the spoiler and getting a full refund, I want to go with that plan but only under my terms listed above since I don't want to wait another 7 mos to get my refund. I was very clear sam, you can send a refund + 20% and I will return the spoiler. With my horrible experiences with you and the unacceptable customer service I don't want your product on my car and explain to enthusiasts at a car show where I got the spoiler. So, you know the terms for the refund that you offered and I am taking that option. Live up to your word and send me a refund.
