Wanting 20% for inconvenience is just laughable. Did you just create this condition to have something to continuously complain about?
We all had less than perfect buying experiences but the idea is to get it resolved (as it seems) and move on. We are talking about a spoiler here after all, not a botched surgery...

If I had to guess, all of his parts are sourced from China. Go to alibaba.com and type in e63s grille, or mirror, or canards, etc and they are all there for $200-300 plus shipping. Maybe there were some supply chain issues where he couldn’t get them or he didn’t have the money to order them… you could always cut out the middleman and buy directly from the manufacturer.

Regardless, it has to be a terrible business decision to keep this thread going. I’d be surprised if anyone actually buys anything after seeing this thread. I could be wrong though…

All of our products are private labeled and made in house. We guarantee the fitment of all our items and offer a 1 year clear-coat warranty. We had difficulties with 1 customer and we sent his replacement out.

Supply chain issues may be his underlying issue but the real issue is his business practices and atrocious customer service. You don't charge people until the item actually ships - he currently automatically sends a tracking # then claims over and over that your product will be ready soon and tracking will be sent and never does. That's just poor business. If the product is delayed, communicate as such and provide a realistic timeline not some bullsh*t fake promise that "product is almost complete, product is now complete and tracking # is on the way". Now if it's a custom order item, sure perhaps a partial deposit is required in advance to fund part of the order but again, communicate that upfront. Worse buying experience and by the looks of it I'm not alone.

Difficulties with just ONE customer? Are you kidding yourself?? One doesn't need to look far to see you've had a number of customer complaints on this forum as well as other sites, including Better Business Bureau. Have you looked at your BBB reviews? Here let me jog your memory.

Those BBB complaints are for the same customer service failures I see posted here. Fortunately my E63S has the factory carbon package so I'm partially covered. I'd really like to get a CF grille T bar (or whatever it is called) but I'm not going to go through months of fighting with a vendor that has consistently demonstrated extremely poor communication skills.

On this thread we had two customers that were reporting issues. All customers have to pay up front as their parts must be custom manufactured.

You were in the hospital for 2 years?? First BBB complaint I see is from Oct 2020 and most recent from Oct 2022. How about these reviews, were you also in hospital when these complaints were made? First complaint indicates they waited 8 months, were you hospitalized for 8 months?
