few questions I have with my 2018 e43

I have a certified 2018 e43 I picked up in February. I love it. AMG side is amazing and is about what I can handle. In sports+ it is a monster. The driving options, braking, suspension is all super exciting. I drove the 2019 e55 which is only 20 horses more, and the e63 which I felt was too much in all, including the noise. I like the noise, but a more subtle one.. Decided 400 horses was more then enough. When I step on it, already goes crazy like a broken video.. I am very into it..

I have a few questions (I am coming from a 2012 BMW 535i) that I know the MB dealer cannot answer:

1) the bottom side of the driver side windshield wiper wobbles at low speeds. I bought new ones, the same. Finally the dealer understood what
I was talking about, but said this is normal on all their cars. They turned on other new cars' windshield whipers and the same happened with those. I never saw this on any car before, not in my BMW, not in others. Is it possible MB cannot figure out a windshield whiper that does not wobble? On an originally $80,000 car (or any of their cars? Any thoghts?

2) When I go 90 mph I hear tire noise. The tires are new. When I go 100 mph the car shakes a little. If I ask the dealer they are going to say "you should not drive 100 mph it is dangerous". Of course I will give them the answer "I have an amg car I can go any speed I wish and get a ticket if I want to". What might be causing this?

1) No it shouldn't wobble

2) Might have an out of balance rim that's so close to balanced it's only perceptible at high speeds.

There are many discussions of the wiper judder. Some have had good luck with windshield cleaning products as lubricants. Here's one thread that discusses it. Search for others.

Might need new wipers and might have a bent rim or two from the previous owner hitting a pot hole.

I agree with you about your e43. However, what I have found with my 19 e53 is not so much the benefit of the extra horsepower, but the electric motor all but eliminates that annoying turbo lag getting off the line.
Just my $0.02.
