None of you have a CPC tune I can imagine. The actuators go out and the car restricts power without codes. Get a CPC tune and eliminate all that ecu control via actuator valves

I don't have a CPC tune. The actuators seems to be in perfect working condition - no error codes, flaps are moving (opening and closing) freely, when testing the actuators via Xentry everything seems to be fine. If there is a jammed actuator it will throw an error code for sure. I'm ready to bet that the issue will remain even if I replace both actuators with brand new ones.
Visited a very reputable tuner today, who is also a respected manufacturer of performance exhaust systems in Europe to thoroughly check the full exhaust - he didn't find anything wrong besides some squeaking sounds from the flaps, which disappeared after applying some high-temp ceramic grease to the leads. He said: "I can't really tell where and what the problem is, but rest assured, it isn't in your exhaust system"... 🤷‍♂️
My feeling is that it is either a melted catalytic converter(s) or a broken intake manifold. Dunno.🤷‍♂️
Going to visit another MB official workshop and will throw them the car until the problem is found.

I was just wondering for this guy (OP) how and why he decided to replace his actuators while his seemed to be working just fine.

Are your turbos spinning but not building boost? I would look for a leak after the turbo. I had tuned car where the intercooler pipes would blow every once in awhile. Zero boost and felt like limp mode.

If the turbo is not spinning, how are the air filters? Look at turbo wheels yet? Any of the air sensors working incorrectly? Either something is unplugged, sensor issue, or a leak. Not much else to the tech if the tune is not the cause.

Split intake manifold is an easy test and we saw it on a few engines, I'd check there first.

hey mark im having same exact issue on my car I even tuned my car from DME I have a TCU AND ECU tune also and downpipes as well
but shop replaced my whole exhaust the issue was fixed for a bit then again half power all time today I got the CPC tune but still no full power did you fix your issue
