ASR exhaust control module
Sounds like the ASR exhaust control module for the C63 AMG works on the E63 AMG. I have a 2019 E63 AMGs, and I'm wondering which ASR module to buy. I assume it's the facelift version (RX2, ML2-C205) for my car but want to confirm before purchasing. Seems like a simple enough install.
Thanks

Would this be the one? And where are you buying your modules from?

I found this at Vivid Racing. It's the C63 module from Renntech but I'm pretty sure it's just a sticker on the ASR module. They charge $780 for the "E63 AMG" module, but $580 for the C63. ASR doesn't make a E63 module so I assume Renntech is upcharging $200 for nothing and they're the same thing.

I bought one since it's cheaper than the ASR module and comes with 2 remotes instead of one. We'll see if it works on my E63 AMG.

I bought my ASR module direct from ASR. Below is what they have listed for the w213 e63s along with other compatible vehicles on their site. The model was RX2 ML2

I used the site mailboxde. It was one of the first links I got when I was searching so can't say if other sites has better fees for the service. But so far used it twice and everything was shipped pretty fast. The ASR module I used deutsche post priority shipping took about 1 week and my other item was a non s e63 quad exhaust tip took 1 month with DHL economy for reference.

skip the ASR module. it's $500
a CPC_NG tune is $1,500 and it will open your exhaust flaps, remove speed limiter, and raise torque limits. also scales the headunit power numbers
you will need a CPC tune as soon as you get serious about tuning these cars
the difference between ECU only and ECU+TCU+CPC all torque limits raised is night and day

Has anyone tried an RX1 (prefacelift c63) on a pre facelift e63s?
I've got my RX1 that I used on my prefacelife c63 and was hoping someone had tried it on the pre facelift e63s before I mess with it.
EDIT: I've confirmed that it does not work =P

Can I ask, does this control module for the E63s just open up the exhaust flaps in Comfort and Sport as they are in Sport+ and Race? Is that the main function for 500-700$ Does this also effect the Sport+ and Race differently at WOT because they are open in stock form according to Mercedes. From what I gather with this mod will also keep flaps open at the lower RPMs (if so, why would you want that, it's just loud vibration when you're not moving)?

At Skim, do you have this installed on your C63? Can't seem to find installation documents for a E63 W213 (2019 specifically).

I don't have the c63 anymore, upgraded to e63s... ASR module for prefacelift c63 for sale if anyone looking (doesn't work on e63s)

Its easier than the C63 but different process. Go on ASR's website and translate their PDF to English, my installation with their guide took 20 mins.

Hi, i have purchased this module for my w213 E63s. Does the module fit under the car? or in the boot like the C63s?
Unfortunately, i have no instructions

What car do you have? (if it's a e63s wagon, do you mind posting any pictures?)
