Good call not getting the sport seats! They are not for the faint of heart, only the truly committed enjoy those. I have a 2019 Sedan and I (like many others) regret not getting the Wagon. The way the Wagon oversteers is just a tad more fun, the length of the vehicle helps add a bit of excitement over the Sedan for sure - and more space! If I can recommend a few items:
+ Get the rear diff fluid change around the 2k mile mark, it is recommended by AMG/MB so be sure your dealer does it (for free).
+ Renntech HHT (easy to install, and reliable - enjoyable increase in power, just helps edge your car over a stock M5 Comp or Tuned C63)
+ Renntech EVM (easy to install and add more dynamic options in sound with the amazing stock exhaust)
+ Wiestec VTA Adaptors (easy install, only heard when at WOT, healthy upgrade to keep turbos running cool during hard driving)
+ PPF and Ceramic Coating (I WISH I did this when I got the car)
After 6 great years in an RS7, I am back in an AMG.

Picked up the car last week and am loving it. Fully loaded except carbon ceramics, sport seats and external carbon fiber.
Got the winter setup from a guy here in Toronto that sells OEM wheels that he buys from owners upgrading to aftermarket. Got these AMG rims from a 2019 E63s with Michelin Pilot Alpin 265/40R19 (85% tread). Front: 9.5Jx19 ET25 & 9.5Jx19 ET52. 3.7K Canadian ~$2650 US. They are spotless and I am now thrilled to have a "new" car and both summer and winter set ups!
Still need to get it wrapped with Excel Stealth and do a tint............
