Mode Carbon
Hello AMG family,
Looking to purchase a few items from mode carbon but the prices seem a little over the top. I have ordered from them before when I had my c63 but if anyone has the hook up with these guys or if the owner or someone from their sales teams sees this and can take care of a returning customer it would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure Mode sells the same Chinese made stuff as everyone else, and they've recently had MAJOR issues with shipping on time. Yes I am aware of the owner's cover story which seems more than a little over the top.

I would tread lightly. I placed an order and paid in early October. Was told in early December that it was in production, then in stock and still have not received the shipment. Been getting the total runaround for the last month. if it's not resolved in the next week, i'll be looking to have my charges reversed.

He purchased our Facelift Luftstrom Rear Diffuser and complained about fitment.
The item was only test-fitted and installed onto one car of which we received no complaints for.

I have mode carbon on multiple vehicles and have been very pleased. I have on my vehicles: front grill, side skirts, front splitter and rear diffusers - all produced by mode. The only issue I've had was the fitment of the star on the grill we purchased for my 2018 E63 Estate. I called Mode and the gentleman with whom I spoke (I don't recall his name) spoke directly with my technician and they were able to take care of it with no issue. The weave quality is amazing and the pieces look great on all of my vehicles. I definitely recommend them. Let me know if you would like some pictures and I'd be happy to upload some.

One unsatisfied customer?
We had one unsatisfied customer who was actually a sponsor of ours.
He purchased our Facelift Luftstrom Rear Diffuser and complained about fitment.
The item was only test-fitted and installed onto one car of which we received no complaints for.
As a business owner, we run into issues that are out of our control at many times.
This particular order was slightly delayed and then I got into a major collision.
This item is custom as well and must be built from start to finish.

your saying you’ve only had one unsatisfied customer well from reading all the threads above sounds like you have a lot of unsatisfied customer including me I order stuff from you in November last year and I still have yet to get anything from you other then you taking my money right after I placed my order it’s been 9 months now and you keep telling me orders done and ready for shipping yet you still haven’t shipped or I haven’t gotten anything from you no refund no order and you just keep telling me it’s finished when it’s not as a finished order means I got it witch I dont. You just keep telling people lie after lie this is no way of bring a business back stop making excuses and lies and give people their money back or order

I too have purchased pieces for all of my vehicles (See my post above, those three cars are all wearing Mode Carbon) I was pleased until my last order, which I placed on 3/16 and was provided a ship date of 5/03. I have left messages and sent emails with no response at all. Do you know if they're still in business at this point? I plan to contact the BBB and seek legal action if I don't hear anything soon. Thanks!
