Motul seems more expensive that MB, Mobil One or Liquid Molly is it better?

Which one is better?
that would be the million dollar question and I have no clue, they are all high quality brand names.
if MB oil is available at a reasonable price I would stick to it.

I feel any approved brands are fine. I use mobil 1 and i change my oil at every 5,000 miles interval which i think it may serve the engine better in comparison to having to stretch out your favourite brand to 10,000 miles per se.

Use whatever oil meets MB spec and viscosity.

It's more important that you change it out more often than 10K miles of one year. Ideally, you'd want to do it every 5K miles or less, though I know that's not feasible for most owners.
Currently running non Mb spec oil, but at also gets changed every 3-4K miles. On my car, it's a 15 minute job. No crawling under it.

How do you get to the oil filter and drain plug on your W213 E63 without crawling under it?

On a M157 engine yes. Oil filter on top and evacuate the oil through the dipstick. On the M177, no dipstick and filter is underneath.

Mine is that tiny, wheezy, M279 engine. Top filter, oil suction. I was just saying that in my case, changing the oil every 3-4K miles isn't a big of a thing since it's not a bottom drain / bottom filter system, but most owners aren't going to crawl under their car every 3-4K miles to change the engine oil.
