2018 E63S AMG
Not me, at least not on public roads.
Have played with it off in some closed areas a little.
One of the forum members totaled their E63s pulling onto the Interstate while hard on throttle to merge and then swerving to avoid another car - something like that.
The user reported that the car spun up and got out of shape really fast.
While driving up a mountain road in Race mode I had a tire puncture from a small rock that cut the inner sidewall of my right rear tire. I was in a right hand turn full throttle with the rear hanging out nicely when the car suddenly snapped sideways. Even as I was correcting the engine dropped to idle and the car basically adjusted itself back straight pretty much before my input would have taken effect.
Then I saw all the lights blinking on the instrument panel reflecting the tire issue.
Not sure if the tire sensor would have triggered ESP to step in and help me if the car was set to full manual.
One of the instructors at the AMG Academy said that even if ESP is fully off, it will engage briefly when the brake peddle is pressed. So it is looking over your shoulder a bit even if set off.

I've driven at the track where the instructor stated flat out that it's better to have ESP on in these. I am not Chris Harris.

4wd and traction still function with ESP off as mentioned ESP will still help under braking! What did we do before all this electronic aids became available in most modern cars!

That was me. Regardless of how skilled a driver you think you are, don't turn it off unless you're on the track.
