Hoping to get that info tomorrow. It's been like pulling teeth to find out anything. Did you get an email from customer service bda regarding your experience with the order?

After some research it appears the survey email is either a phishing scam or malware. In any event, my car is on the M/V Highway Horizon scheduled for arrival on April 8, 2021 at the prot in Brunswick, GA. Still trying to find a website to track the ship. Thanks for your responses, they've been very helpful.

Dealer sent me a link to myshiptracking.com. It's been underway for a few days and does stop in Baltimore first. Just glad to see movement.

Looks like Horizon Highway is right outside of Virginia, your will be sooner than later.

I saw you posted yours was due into Baltimore today. Is your car on the same ship as mine? Looks like mine will be at Brunswick in two days unless they run into problems unloading in Baltimore. I've been tracking it and have to admit I haven't been this excited about a purchase in a long time.

We tracked the trip from the coast up the river and it is a slow one Not sure what time it actually docked, but was much later than the ETA. With 720 vehicles onboard it will be at least another short delay. I checked the schedules for arrivals at Brunswick and it shows the HH coming in on 4/10 instead of 4/8. I didn't realize how big the port is at Brunswick. Hoping ship to truck time is quicker than factory to a ship.

Thanks for sharing that. That is amazing. I don't expect the same turn around time with my luck. I would need a defibrillator if the car showed up two days after unloading in Brunswick.

HH still moored in Baltimore. Port of Brunswick has changed arrival from 4/10 to 4/12. It continues to be a tiring process.

If yours is unloaded in Baltimore I would think you'll be getting it fairly soon. Post some pics and I'll live vicariously until mine lands at the dealer in Kingsport, TN.

My dealer is in Pittsburgh. After he gets it I need to have it brought to me so that may take a few days to line up. I was going to go and pick it up like I did with our GLE but the break in says to vary the engine speeds. The drive would have been about 300 miles at the same speed. Also don't really feel like making the trip anyway, the break in justifies spending extra for transport.

It landed on schedule and the car is at the processing center. Hopefully it will be here next week. I suspect that the transport will have several stops on the way as I can’t imagine that they will have a full truck for my dealer.
I’ll post when I get word.

Dealer was told he will be invoiced tonight and expects to see it Friday or Saturday. Hopefully I will see it Monday or Tuesday. Have you heard anything on yours.

That's great news. Looking forward to seeing pictures and at least one happy customer. It's been nothing but crickets since mine hit the port at Brunswick. Was at the dealer yesterday to drop my GL450 off for repairs and everyone was gone rom the sales department at 4:30. I've resigned myself to yet another lengthy boondoggle to get it delivered.
