E63s Edition 1
RENNtech Valve Module - ORDERED
Excited to head the results, had the same valve module on my 17 Edition 1 C63s Coupe. Anyone installed this before?

The W205 was all of about 1min.

Easy if you have a lift less so if your scrambling under the car! remove cover and connect the connectors remember one fits into the original connector so it doesn't throw a code, cable tie up wires away from the exhaust so not to melt! if you have the performance exhaust button this now doesn't work obviously! there is a rubber grommet back of the boot or trunk that already has a loom going through it pull this out carefully cut the grommet and put evm wires in there and put grommet back in place! job done! good mod sounds great! i have the performance exhaust button and yes it is louder than when that is activated without the evm fitted

I agree with all this. I'd say when removing the plastic cover under the trunk, you can also loosen the 3 heat shield panels and run the wires carefully behind them so as to keep them well insulated from the exhaust heat. Took a bit longer to run the wires because it was an awkward location to reach, but I felt good about the outcome. I would only say that the mod makes the exhaust sound a lot better, but for me it kinda fell short of my expectations based on the price paid.

Good feedback here, I did run this EVM on my Edition 1 C63...wasnt insanely loud. Just provided a more consistent nice tone.

Finally installed Sunday, Car sounds perfect! For those not interested in downpipes/exhaust set up's...this is the ticket! Little more growl, I feel like this is what the perf. exhaust should have been.
