Just picked up my wagon, looking for some advices, also pics
So far, am very impressed with the driving dynamics. The exhaust note is perfect, not too loud, but just enough crackles to get you to chuckle. Handling is honestly incredible, i daily drive a performante and the wagon is just as tight and precise. I do find the throttle to be bit too soft on the first half of the range, but i will get used to it.
Mine is a 2018 so the infotainment being non touchscreen feel a bit ancient, i do wish they could retrofit the MBUX though. Any advice on how i could "modernize" this one would be greatly appreciated. It also doesn't have the Connect me function, so no remote start, no travel log and etc, which is a disappointment, However i read something saying that there's an adapter could be put on so hopefully that will solve the problem.
Anyway, good to join the club !
As for retrofitting MBUX, I haven't heard any stories regarding to that yet. So hopefully someone else can comment.
Enjoy your ride!

Haha am actually on the east coast, by CA i meant CANADA lol. I am debating between either wrap the car in matter finish PPF or, now that you have said it, ceramic coating, but if am understanding it correctly, ceramic coat bond with the paint right? So if i do want to touch up on paint work and whatnot later on that would be kind of impossible is it? I was quoted 4-5K for the PPF wrap, i think it's worth it. Others are telling me this paint is susceptible to discoloration. A buddy of mine left his GTR with magno paint overnight outside, and it rained, so the next day he said there was a puddle of water on the hood, and that portion of the paint is permanently lighter and he end up had to get his whole car repainted as the shop told him it's very hard to color match this paint. I will be driving this in the winter too ( which is loooong here ) so it's a serious concern

one note about Canada import>USA cars, I believe they are not eligible for CPO / extended warranties. Not sure if that is relevant to you. But for arguably $15k under market price, you could pay for any mild repairs with the savings. (I think any W213 wagon with carbon brakes and low miles would sell at $95k or even closer to 100k right now because of the market)
Oh, and congrats on your purchase, love the Grey Magno.
