Tune w/ warranty?
I apologize if this has been discussed elsewhere but are there any tunes out there for this car that have a warranty like those that similar to DINAN/BMW peace of mind? I’ve seen a few here spoken of like Rentech but they don’t seem to cover engine and drivetrain. Funny thing is I noticed some MB dealer websites speaking of tunes (in-house or aftermarket?) almost as they are endorsing them. Appreciate any feedback.

None of them will provide a legit warranty (like, no-questions-asked, 100% peace of mind), though many may use language that might make you think they do, solely designed to put your mind at ease. At the end of the day, if you were to blow your engine with a tune, no tune company will want to touch it with a 10-foot pole.
Having said that, most popular tunes out there are not likely to cause your engine to blow up, unless you are really pushing the envelope to squeeze every last bit of HP possible from it and riding it crazy hard. I'm getting a Stage-1 ECU tune this Fall on my MY19, and for me personally, I'm def going with RennTech because they are the oldest, most reputable out there for Mecs, despite their higher cost. For whatever that's worth.

Also, my local MB dealership's AMG team provides RennTech products and other performance upgrades too. When I pressed them on the warranty issue, they told me that they would take steps to keep MB from knowing that my car has a tune and that I should just keep bringing it to them for maintenance. They danced around that topic a lot, but I could never get them to say "we provide you with a full guarantee that if your engine/drivetrain has issue, you will be fully covered".
