Yessir. These are the Canadian FE’s. 12 came fairly loaded, HUD, multibeam, heated steering wheel, and some other goodies.

If I had to assume 6 are sedan and 6 wagons. IIRC there is still a wagon for sale in Quebec still.

If Mercedes Benz USA had some business sense they would have done the same with the US market and since they didn't....I refused to take delivery of mine....if anyone knows of an available non-FE available I'll take it.

Those wheels with black accents and ceramic brake calipers underneath look amazing.

Roughly two years in the making, my car's been sitting at the port now for six weeks. With no explanation from dealer, I'm beginning to think the worst. Likely damaged and there for repairs.

Two years of waiting to be produced? I thought that you were just specifying a custom exterior color. Why can't you get an answer from the VPC via your dealer? They can certainly contact the regional sales fulfillment office and obtain the status and reason for the delay. Sounds like a significant system is not working. I doubt that the car has sustained shipping damage. Let me know if I can help.

^^^Exactly.

Harris, by 2 years I was referring to my original order for 2022 wagon...

Believe I started 2023 order in Sept of last year so not even a year yet.

Dealer response to VPC hold:

"I heard back from the VPC, they were waiting on parts that are VPC installed before they can release it.

There are certain parts that they wait to put on once it gets to the states. That is what they were waiting on."

Great news! VPC installs wheel locks, mats, and the Hermes communication module and customizations. At least they are not repairing shipping damage. Still, weeks is ridiculous.

Don’t hold your breath. Mine was built in July and I didn’t see the car until Jan. Sat in VPC for exact same stuff. Dealers speak with forked tongues. They will keep pumping the smoke up your butt to keep you on the hook. My wagon is currently sitting at the dealership, dead in the water, no available part to fix my issue, no ETA as to when they might see the part, only 5300 miles and I’m really enjoying the AMG experience this summer in the 4 cylinder loaner I get to drive. Yippy !!!! It’s been a underwhelming experience and look forward to moving on from AMG/MB.

I posted in another thread that I configured an AMG EQE 2024. I'm probably turning in my E63S wagon back to the dealer who will give me about 20k cap reduction on the new vehicle.

Looks like it needs an adjustment to close the gap. Mine fully closes.

My lease buyout is $77450. The dealer will give me 20k cap reduction on the new lease. I suspect that the selling price will be somewhere around $105K.

Basically what you need is 20k in your pocket to put on the new lease? Correct me if I'm wrong?
Where are you located? (State)

I know how Harris takes cares of his cars. He has a perfect build and $105k would be an amazing price for such a spec.

HArris is not selling the car for $105k I presume....the dealer wants to buy it from MBUSA finance and pay $20k towards the new lease.

Well, I can purchase the car for the buyout price, pay the highway use tax and then sell it for 105,000.
That would be the fair price given equipment and condition.
