A little different. I like the Supersport layout. I find a speedometer useless and a waste of space. All I need is a digital readout of the current speed and not waste space with another gauge that tells me the same thing that's displayed elsewhere. Since I drive 90+ percent in manual mode, rev counter and current gear front and center. Temperatures and tire pressures on the right like you, but on the left I'm not interested in fuel economy and such, so I have the AMG performance display up most of the time to see boost and what mode each of the drive components are currently in as I frequently change between modes. When on a trip I replace the left and right with navigation information generally and occasionally bring up the trip computer on the right to see miles to destination vs miles to empty to know if I need to stop at a gas station.

I hear you, the same information is displayed in several places no matter how you splice it. I tried really hard to love the super sport but somehow it was a little too vide gamey for me. Also, I have hud so tach and speed are front and center without having to leave the road.

Don't quite see the video game aspect. Center rev gauge and current gear is essentially what racecars have and many other performance and supercars such as Porsches. It's the default mode on AMGs now for a reason. Here's a pic of how I have it setup when on a trip. Turn-by-turn on the left, detailed map on the right and overview map in the center with satellite view. Distinct information about the route on each display. Something I miss when using CarPlay where the information displayed has to be limited in order to not clutter the single screen it can use. I don't have the HUD, not a fan, so I don't really have much redundancy.
