Any difference between U.S. & Canadian market cars?
Saw a 2019 wagon I’m interested in, looks like it was originally sold in Canada. Anybody smart on whether there are differences in cars between the two markets?

no real difference except Cdn bound car has the full function of multibeam headlight (as far as I know). My 18 did not have the full function of multibeam as the legislation was not passed in time for MB to activate the feature

Current :2018 E63S and a 2018 GLE 63S . Prior, CLA 250, C450, 2017 AMG C63S
Before I getting my E63S, I had a C63S from Canada. The Mercedes Me would not work, hence, no remote start from the app. In fact, the app would not sync with the vehicle. There was another feature that would not work however, I can not recall. what it was. Also, the temperature is in Celsius and can not be changed to Fahrenheit. The dealership tried to change it but was unable to.

Canadian cars are always spec'd out better.. This is because our packages when buying new cars include more things, whereas in the US they separate options so people have to think and choose and go with not getting them (paying for rear heated seats, rear climate control, etc). Look at Autotrader USA vs Canada for the E63s and you'll see EVERY Canadian one has rear climate control settings/rear heated seats whereas the US ones will almost always be missing these options. Pretty much all Canadian ones come with every option except for the performance seats/sound system those can be a bit tough to find.

In my search for one I ended up picking up a 25000 mile 2019 that was a canadian car originally. I didn't know they came active from Can..Only thing missing is the 3D sound which I wish I had.
