Just making a post showing off my recently purchased RW Carbon mirror caps. My car has night package as well as CF 1 from the factory, so it was missing the spoiler and mirror caps that come on CF 2 package. I got a great deal on a new oem spoiler, but couldn’t source oem caps for anything less than like 2k. As far as I’m concerned, these are oem quality. Perfect fitment and quality and the CF weave and color is spot on to oem. Very happy with these!

Nice, I am in the same situation with my wagon and I’ve been considering getting the same mirror caps. Glad to hear they are a good OEM match.

Pretty easy overall. Pop old off, reinstall new. No removing the mirror glass, just a plastic pry tool to work the cap off is all that’s needed. There’s YouTube vids on it as well.

Do you happen to have the part number for the OEM carbon mirror cap? You mentioned that you had shopped for them. Thanks!

I actually did stumble upon a pair of oem mirror caps. As weird as this sounds I actually thought the RW carbon looked more consistent with the rest of the factory carbon so I really took a long time deciding on if I wanted to keep the RW caps or the oem. With that said, these RW caps are available and are essentially brand new, will include the oem AMG dark bezeled signals, and the caps have been ceramic coated with System X Max coating. Paid a little over $400 new to my door, I can do 350 shipped. Message if anyone’s interested in the RW caps.

The part numbers for oem caps is A099 810 82 00 and A099 810 91 00

Shoot, I already ordered the RW Carbon mirror covers as well. Thanks for the OEM part numbers, but it looks like you have a typo in there (its 92 and 82 in the first one). Here are links to the OEM carbon mirror covers, about $1650 for both and that's discounted, plus shipping. Ouch.

I recommend always googling the part numbers. You’ll find that pricing varies greatly from one dealer to the next. Googling the part numbers you provided, I found them at less than $800. The reason why is because some part departments will charge list price while others charge wholesale. Happy hunting!

Yes that’s what I did too. I said $1650 was for both left and right covers at the prices in the links provided. There were some slightly lower prices elsewhere, but mot much. If you found both sides for $800 total, then please share the link.
