from what I read, Michelin will give you an edge in steering feel & response. Conti should give you better wet handling and lower tire noise level. The overall reviews they are both evenly matched tires. If you want to try something different, then Conti would be a leading choice, IMO.

Went ahead with the contact 2's and they look great on the wheel - beefier than the Pirelli's.
Hope to install them in the next couple weeks if the weather cooperates.

I've been very disappointed in my PS4s so far on this car so I may have to make.the move to the Continental extremes.
I've had the older versions of the Extremes on several cars in the past and never had an issue with that tire model, so I guess I'll be trying this new one if the current wobble on my PS4s does not get resolved this week.

I just had my "B service" done last week and walked out $5,100 lighter. In addition to the B-service, I had the transmission and differential oils both changed. And I had to get new tires b/c the left front was somewhat worn after only 12k miles. Rear tires were actually 50% wear, so I need to use Drift mode it seems.
But for the tires I went from Pirelli to the PS4 and on the drive home was immediately impressed. I-95 has a nasty rut in the middle lane from the trucks and the Pirellis were always a bit squirrelly, but not the PS4s. I had Conti on the 2014 E63S wagon, and was generally happy with them. Clearly I'm not pushing any of my tires to the limit. But I did hate the Pirelli and they wore for ***** too.
