Change Sparkplugs?

Hello all,
Just wondering if anyone has replaced the sparkplugs themselves and how difficult is it? I've always done most of the work on my other vehicles but there is no manual for the E63S that I can find, and I don't want to "trial and error" with this machine.
As always, thanks for any help.

If done at the dealer, the charge hr is about 3. Therefore, you can gauge yourself whether this is a diy or not.

I just want to thank you guys for your responses. It does look tight in there, so I've decided to have it done at the dealership. I also noticed that the tires are from 2017 though they have plenty of tread left. Will probably have those replaced too though not at the dealership.

I picked up my car from an Indy today and for frame of reference for a spark plug change I paid $560 for labor and $168 for Mercedes plugs. And $240 for an alignment. At 34k miles I can tell you the plugs make a big difference. The car shook like a Hemi Cuda at idle before. Now it’s butter smooth and car feels more responsive.

Just had mine done a few weeks back. 2018 E63s with 31,000 miles. Much, much, smoother at idle. Was $800 at the MB dealer.

Interesting I didn’t save much by going to an Indy. I guess I could have bought NGK plugs and brought it and saved a little more but something about bringing your own parts in this instance seemed cheesy.

Does Mercedes recommend indexing the plugs on these things? One of my friends said he thought he heard something about these AMG engines needing plugs to be indexed. Maybe that’s just fake news I don’t know. Also, what is the actual change interval recommended by Mercedes (not opinions, but actual interval). Thanks guys.

Last 213 service sheet that was publicly available says 50,000 / 5 yrs. Engine hasn't changed since then.
