Reverse kick usually helps for me, try it, hopefully it works for you as well.
Today I got a "Mercedes me connect: battery monitor – critical state of charge W1KZH....." email from Mercedes Me!!!!!! That means they must be working on the car today.
Woot Woot
sure hope so or they just let the car sits somewhere in the dealership and letting the battery drained. If they are working on it, I would expect them to have the battery totally connected still.

More likely it's just been sitting long enough for the onboard electronics to have drained the battery. Usually, a vehicle in service is connected to an outboard 12V source to keep the battery from being discharged. Good luck!
Hm.
My experience so far is every time dealer has worked on my car I get 1-2 of those message that day. Even when they were just doing an oil change I got those messages.
Weird!
I just texted reminding them to take a ton of pictures...

My experience has been similar, when the car was being transported, and being tinted, I got this message. I am wondering if it is caused by turning on the door for some period of time?

Yes
Same with when I had my EVM and CETE installed, I got warnings those times too.

nah, that is your car being flatbed delivered to you day 1. At least, think of it that way, totally nothing happened yet and you are just about to take delivery of your new ride! Restart/Reset everything.
Also got the message. Car has been parked for over three weeks and voltage low. Checked the battery it was at 11.97V. Added a trickle charger hard mounted to the battery now.
It moves under its own power!
I brought it home today.
Something was definitely wrong with the first transmission. It was very wishy washy compared to the new one. The car feels like I got a shift kit installed. Night and day.
I learned much about being patient, optimistic, and kind from your documented saga. Thank you for sharing and being a cool dude. Congrats on getting your new whip back 😊
Ask them to extend your warranty for at least 3 months to compensate the waiting periods.
Dealer has been awesome doing their best in spite of issues at Mercedes. They educated me and presented options but in each option the key was getting the vehicle operational again as MBC mandates that happens first. Now we finalize which direction I want to go in to make me “whole” and get at it. Dealer is assisting with my case and file with MBC. Really awesome of them imho to put all the cards on the table.
