Same boat. My 2021 with 18k miles warranty expires in 2 days. I haven't decided to get an EW or just roll the dice, especially now that Fidelity kind of isn't an option. In 4y when the car is 8y old and under 40k miles maybe RMS will leak, or maybe I already have the new seal and separators so it won't leak.

Or maybe the next E63 will be so amazing I'll upgrade before then.

We no longer offer Fidelity coverage, 2025 saw a lot of changes with the company, new President and upper management, contract changes, almost quarterly rate adjustments, and a lot of just weird things behind the scene we had never experienced in years previous with them, so we had to find a more stable situation as a retailer. The same goes for 3 other prominent Fidelity retailers...

Covered components, repair payouts, OME Labor Books, 3rd party inspection company, and warranty claim process are all the same between both companies. Our GWC dealer manager was at Fidelity prior to moving to GWC as well.

GWC's higher aggregate payout for repairs over the length of coverage is the result of a higher cost of coverage.
