Will the insurance company total my car?
Crashed into a concrete pillar underneath the freeway. Car was also leaking oil and the other side of the car appeared to be bent in certain places due to the impact

Hard to tell. That tow truck is destroying more that the accident !! Lol omg he should of used the wheel lift... Insurance company's will do anything to save a dollar .... Bring car to dealer. They will fix right and keep the price high just in case it totals. Keep in mind if the car is worth (just an example) $23,000 and the damage is 19,000 they will fix. And they save 4,000 that what's they do .. It's the craziest thing you can fight them on it. My father had a Denali with 18k worth of damage and it was only worth 19k he flipped out in the, saying what am I supposed to do with a truck with 18k of damage when I sell it or trade it in, he went back and forth and they just totaled it.
Also keep in mind resale ! Now your screwed and will show up on car fax, if you want to do modifications now would be the time, bring to private shop that's good and instead of getting mercedes parts get renntech or whatever body kit you like ..ex wald make a beautiful kit.
Hope that all makes sense, I am falling asleep in bed here... Lol

That is totaled. Make sure you get the most out of your insurance company. Do not settle, be persistent and try your hardest to make sure you get good money back. Don't be passive with them, they love those types of people because they know they can screw them. Don't be like them and good luck with whatever you plan on doing with your beast!

Be hard on them man
that should be a total
by the way use the image of how the tow truck lifted the car for leverage on them
that is improper how he lifted it
looks like hes messing up the front even more than anything
also make sure when you speak to the insurance company that they total the car you want to also get top dollar for it !!!
