Staggerd set up?

Staggerd set up?
I have a 02 S55 AMG and currently its got the original AMG's on it, 18x8.5F and 18x9.5R. I'm looking at getting 20's for it but the wheels I found dont offer a staggered set up. They are 20x8.5 all around with a offset of 38. My question is, is it ok to put a non-staggered set up on this car?

It's an S55 AMG... ya jus' gotta do this nice car justice... Get the real Brabus wheels in the 20" staggered and run the 245/35R20 & 285/30R20.

brabus hre amg bbs .......
fake wheels are heavy and the quality isnt that great, my cousin sells them
if u decide to stick to those you can still run staggered tires
245 and 255 or 245 and 265
