Seems like the unanimous king is the Michelin PS2s.

You gotta tell us more before we can help you further.

Winter, summer or all season?
What terrain do you usually drive?
Do you care about tread life or more about traction?
If you don't care much about price does that mean you'd prefer a pricy one that doesn't last long over ones that you have to replace more often? When your'e talking price do you mean life cyle of the tire or the initial cost of the first set of tires?

Personallly, I popped on some Kumho Ecsta ASX's that rated quite highly compared to some of the other brands. The warranty is good, look of the tread is nice, reviews from Tire Rack are great, tire wear is more than acceptable and the price was excellent. It's an all season.

I have had all of those different brands of tires and I will tell you my personal favorites were the Michelin PS2s. I'm in South Florida so I can have summer tires all year and my S600 eats up tires like a fat kid at a buffet so I go through 3 sets a year. The Michelin PS2s were the quietest ones with great grip and performance but a little too soft for my taste so I went with the Bridgestone Potenza S03s for now to try them out and the PS2s blow them out the water.

After 2 sets of "other brand" tires I went back to PS2's.

The others were noisy and rough.

I recommend the Goodyear Eagle F-1 GS-D3's. Best tire I've owned, but you need to switch to winter tires once temps get below 50. For a winter set I'd recommend the Dunlop wintersports. They don't take much away from dry handling but are great in the snow.
