will these rims fit on my clk500?

i was told that w203 / c class rims were interchangable with w209 rims but this ad states that it also fits audi which i was told has a smaller centerbourne than our mbs. i posted over at mymb and was told that it should fit but i might need to run a spacer, can anyone tell me for sure what i'll need or if it'll fit with no problems?
thanks
jon

depends on the weather
you ar ecorrect on all counts ... but many after market wheels use a centering ring system to alter the center bore diameters to facititate many different applications for the same wheel mold .... that is why you will some times see "fits Mercedes, Audi and VW"

I do not see any of the critical specs such as offset and centerbore. Looking at the pictures I'm thinking no freaking way that offset will fit, looks too neutral.

I can't see the add here but, that centerbore measurement is critical ... message the seller and ask ..... if it is larger than 66.56 ask about centering rings ... if they respond with anything resembling the word or phrase "lug centric" keep shopping

they said its 66.1mm, does that mean it's too small?

66.1 is 66.56 when the measurement is not that accurate .. I'm sureprised they didn't just say 66

oh ok thanks, so that'st he correct fitment i want right?
just wondering when it says the offset if a rim has an offset of 35mm and no lip and another rim of 35mm but with a lip would it make a difference in terms of fitment? i'm asking because i was always told 35mm offset wouldn't fit on my car, but i was shopping around my selection of wheels at tirerack and one of the wheels that the site side would fit me car had 35mm offset

i don't think those wheels are staggered.otherwise they wouldn't fit audi quattro. clk500 uses a staggered setup.

they aren't, but i don't think there is a problem with putting non staggered rims on a car that comes with staggered rims, cept it looks uglier
