Will these fit a 2002 S430?? Please help!

I'm looking at buying rims for my S430 but I'm not sure if these rims will fit. If they need spacers, i'm fine with it, just need to know what size spacers.

Front: 20x9 et +25 | a-disk
Rear: 20x10.5 et +31 | a-disk

I just purchased my first MB and I want to get the modding started. I'm looking at rims first.

Thanks in advance!

Got some bad news. Spacers will not help those fit. Spacers can only decrease the offset. Say from et45 to et35 using a 10mm spacer. Example - a 10mm spacer on those front rims make the offset et15 causing the rims to stick out further.

In order for those rims to fit you have to shave the mounting pads back - if that is possible. The front would have to be shaved back about 20mm.

Hi I've had 20" Lowenhart LD1 chrome rims on my 2000 S500 for a while, although the rims are now bent and the chrome is peeling. I believe the width was 9". I found a new set which is 8.5" wide with an offset of 35. My question is do you think I can use my same tires which are 255/35/20 on these wheels or am I forced to pass up on this set? Thanks very much.

E55 Kev is right but be careful about shaving.....20mm is not realistic..so dont take those wheels anywhere to shave....typically depending on the back pad you can shave 3-5 mm.....you have to keep in mind that the depth of the back pad is what also holds the bolts to the hub.....the more you shave the weaker it can get....putting you into a dangerous situation. Those wheels sond like you got them off of a CLS/CL .....if so unfortunately they will not fit since the offsets are too low.

Armani-

The tires you have are fine for the 20x8.5 wheels.....no worries on that....

so is it safe to say that the wheels off the w221 will not fit the older w220?

ok finally got the pics..

These are 20 x 8.5 hyper-silver CLS AMG replica rims by MB Designs? I went stock for a while after my lowenharts were peeling and bent but when I saw this like new set of rims go for $550 I couldn't resist! What do you guys think? ..and I know, that 20" emblem on the fender has to go..just haven't figured out yet how to remove them without harming the paint..
