DETAIL KING INTRODUCING OUR WHEEL LINE "WHEELREP" CUSTOM 3PC FORGED WHEELS

Hey MBWorld Members,

We thought of giving you all an earlybird 2010 present by introducing our wheel line selling direct to consumers called "wheelrep" which will consist of both cast wheels and our new 3pc custom forged line up.

Firstly,I will attach pictures of our wheel for Mercedes which you may be familiar with, however, ours is now in 3pc and can be custom made by us in the United States to the finish and size that you want!

The pic attached is our 3pc wheel in 20" by 8.5 and 20" by 10 Satin Black Machined Face Finish. 2" front lip and 4" rear lip.

We will be selling directly to you and our 3pc 20" is $3199 for the set plus freight. We will also be offering this wheel in 22" for S-Class, ML, GL and R Class. 22" 3pc cost any finish is $3699 plus freight.

Please contact us with any questions or concerns and we will be more than happy to answer!

Thanks for your input! Appreciate it and will work on the rivets. Please send us designs to wheelrep@hotmail.com that you are interested in as we are expanding our product line before we launch early 2010.

Our wheels are made by us. We use aluminum 6061 forged. We have to heat it to 520-550 degrees then forged. We use impact forging. Aluminium cannot be cool forged.

you guys have presses?!?!? i'd love to see your manufacturing area.

Aluminum can be cold forged. what grade 6061 aluminum do you use.

what is your testing standards you use? what QC do you perform. Are you relatively new in the wheel manufacturing business?

Please PM me with further questions. Our testing standards are 2800bls. Dot standard is 1600bls(13degree angle). TUV is 1730bls. VIA is 1823bls. Yes, we are new to the wheel manufacturing business and are offering 3pc wheels with high quality at more affordable prices directly to the public!

If you have any further questions, please PM me. Thank you.

i was actually referring to which ASTM standard you used.

any reason you don't want to post this in public. i think this is great information for the public to see, mostly as you're a new wheel manufacturing business.

Sooo, are you one to judge wheels because you've owned so many sets?

Nice ride, grandma.

Hey I remember you. You had an account with Miro Wheels. I use to work there and I might have processed your account to get started. You might have been dealing with Roy before he went to Monarch. I agree with the rivets, they seem a bit big. You might want them to be a bit more flushed into the wheel.
Good luck with the new wheels.

Hey,

Yea I remember you!! That was years ago! Me and Roy still talk until today! He actually left Monarch now as well. I have been told about the rivets now from several members and will definitely work on that. Any other input? Let me know and hope all is well! Happy Holidays!

Would it be possible to get the wheelreps without all of the rivets?

I have the monarchs right now, and they are fairly easy to clean accept all those damn rivets.

I think that the rim would look cleaner without the rivets as well.

We could make them without the rivets but the wheel will not be as strong but it can be done.
