anyone receive poor service from TireRack?
At no point any of this information was relayed by the rep, as this is my 1st order with Tire Rack based on others positive experience.
So far, my wheels have not arrived at dealer. At first, I had requested to have both orders shipped at same time for convenience. However, upon sales rep recommendation, as the TPMS is not in stock for the second order, I may not receive the exact wheels as specified due to low in stock.
I have now learnt that TPMS is not due to arrive for another 2 weeks?
I have not received any confirmation nor update from Tire Rack after leaving 2 emails and voicemail with rep.
This is getting to be a bit of annoyance and when reading some complaints from the web, it seems their customer service is an understatement?
Has anyone had similar experience?
