depends on the weather
1. The vehicle must be parked for at least 20 minutes before resetting the TPMS.
2. Switch on the ignition.
3. Press button < or > on the multifunction steering wheel to select the menu Service.
4. Press button ^ or v to select Tire Pressure.
5. Press the button 'OK' to confirm. You will see the current inflation pressures for each tire or the
message:
Tire pressures displayed after driving a few minutes
6. Press button v. The message:
Use current pressure values as new reference values.
To confirm press “OK”
appears in the multifunction display.
7. Press button 'OK'. The message:
Tire pressure monitor restarted
appears in the multifunction display. After a few minutes of driving, the current tire inflation pressure
values are accepted as reference values and then monitored.

Make sure you throw away the old sensors or the system will default to detecting the defective ones if they are near the car.

PS Guess I was right to put locks on the G wheels before I went to the recent NYC AMG preview!

Also, have you called Luke directly? TR is one of the largest sensor users in the country.
