11.5" rims on 285/30/20 leaking help!!!

Hey guys just got some rims. Had to do 285 had 305s. Came off a sl for my cl55..2003 ... I know bug mistake. Off set way off wish I would off known. Anyways the tires are stretched. Today I woke up and my back tires were flat!!!! No air... Determined that they leak from the inner rim wall. Looks like they don't seal right. Are tires too slim??? Rims dont look damaged.should I do 295?? Need help. I seen ppl do 265 or 275... Why are my rims doing this??? Help!!!

It probably didn't seal correctly, I have seen some crazy stretches and still hold air. I say bring it back and watch them remount the tire and tell them to do the water test to see of they have any leaks.

I say it's probably the Falkens, a lot of people use Falkens 452 to stretch tires but only for mild stretches. People who usually do crazy stretches uses another brand name tire but I forgot what brand it was. So in my theory it's the tire brand that's causing the problem because I have seen 285 30 20 on a 12" before and it's fine and holds air but it's a crazy, I say Crazy stretch!. I have 245 35 20 on a 10" it's a mild stretch not to wild.

The thing with Falken Fk 452 is that they keep getting bubbles on the sidewalls and tire separation. People who run stretched falkens check their tire pressure weekly. I talked to a Falken rep and he said to check the load rating because smaller profile and width tires are not designed for larger cars let alone being stretched. Especially on CLS, S, & CL's.

Toyo are good tires if you want to do stretch tires.
