H&r Spring Install Help

i am installing h&r springs onto my 01 clk55 with a buddy. will the stock shocks be fine with this set up or will i need to replace the stock shocks? also, is there anything i need to be weary of or look out for after the install? i.e. alignment?

PLEASE HELP.

depends on the weather
performance springs will cause the stock shocks to wear out faster and you will need to get an alignment after the install

Since you will already be taking the suspension apart to install the springs, I would suggest that you install a set of Koni Adjustables or Kleemann Speed-Sensitive Shocks at the same time. As Luke mentioned, your stock shocks will wear our prematurely, and you will have better performance/comfort with a shock better suited for the springs.

With H&R springs on, how different will be the ride between the koni's and the kleeman.
