I bought a set of snow tires and wheels from them, for a CLK55, and was very satisified. I spoke with Luke, who runs the tire forum on this site. He was very helpful, and helped me selected the right combination of wheels and tires, according to size, price and performance. I will be ordering next set of regular tires from Luke/Tirerack.

Three separate tire purchases from TireRack.com in the last year & a half (yeah, I know - my wife & I drive too much). Got some advice from Luke once, note his name as the salesman on the web order form every time.
Got what I wanted, delivered where I wanted it when it was promised, and for a better price than I could find it elsewhere.

I've used two different locations based on TireRack's recommendation - excellent service at each of them.

Tirerack is great. I bought snow tires and wheels from tirerack in November 2000. On December 31, 2001 I blew out my right front and rear tires and wheels hitting a pothole. Tirerack found me 2 replacement tires (which wasn't easy) and made me a deal on the 2 replacement tires/wheels, which they didn't need to do since the damage wasn't their fault. They quickly drop shipped them to the dealer where my car was laid up. They really helped out. I recommend tirerack highly for their service.

I have ordered A LOT of tires from Tire Rack, even before I knew about this forum and I have not had any problems. I must have ordered over 10 sets of tires thus far, just ordered a set of Kumhos for my C43 yesterday. I highly recommend them.
