ABC suspension fluid flush in newer cars
In addition, the WIS does not describe a flush procedure where new fluid is pumped into the system as old fluid is discarded. It only describes a filter procedure where
1) the reservoir is replaced
2) existing fluid is cycled through the new reservoir/filter
3) the reservoir is again replaced with a new one.
I’m all about preventive maintenance but I’ve never heard of anyone doing this kind of filter procedure on his car.
The easiest way to do the flush is to get a tool from AGA tools. they have a video explaining the process as well. Once the filter assembly is pulled out the tool is inserted all the way down into the return port

I personally haven't flushed a 222 car so can't confirm that the procedure would be the same using that AGA tool

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
It was held in only by friction from two O rings. It took some force to twist and then pull. It would be nice to replace the O rings but I’m too lazy to measure them. And I’ve confirmed that the AGA tool will fit the W222. Thanks for your help!
The 10mm is only holding the plastic ring which holds the reservoir in place and does not play a part in opening the container. I just removed the metal clip and then firmly twisted while pulling. The lid was seized up with dry crust at the top O ring so it took some force.

does anyone know whats going on ?
Any help will be much appreciated
Thanks

if this is still valid, then most likely you have one or more pressure accumulators damaged, i.e. those pears with nitrogen, because when the membrane that is supposed to cushion breaks, the ABC fluid enters the accumulator, filling it, and hence such symptoms may occur after driving over a hump.
Watch out for mechanics, because they can start the repair by replacing the most expensive parts, such as pumps, then valve blocks, etc. and pressure accumulators are often overlooked as if they were from the stepmother, and this is a very important element of this system.
