Wow bro, no luck in any potential buyers? I've seen your post on craigslist over and over again. If they were Matte Black, i think i would of taken them. Having them refinished is gonna cost me some money.

it might, but 19x10 on a 4matic car is only going to give me trouble in the long run. I need a 19x9.5 in the back

I know times aren't the best, but what world do you live in that you say $2000 is too much?

Good luck with the sale.

I agree, the $2K is very reasonable, if the 8 wide fronts would have worked for my car I would have bought them days ago. Best of luck with the sale, I wish the fronts were 81/2 or 9...I just can not use spacers.

By the way, I am curious , are the DPE wheels true Mercedes Hubcentric or do they use hub rings?

yeah $2000 is cheap that is why he's been trying to sell them for months and months on craigslist and now on these forums and I think he even has them listed on ebay or has listed on ebay.

wow they really sold at that cheap of a price.

You obviously have been tracking these wheels for a while, thats how you know he had them on CL, I am curious why. If you are interested in them , make him an offer, if not then great , but why are you posting to tell him that his price is too high according to you ? Obviously several members disagree with you . Would you like someone doing that to you if you were selling something??

not really tracking them, I just run into them everytime I do a mercedes 19 search.

and yes I would like hear people bi tch about something. What's even funnier is people that bi tch for other people like yourself.

and I have seen DPE rims brand new sell for $2300 to $2500.

the rims don't cost more than $400 to make, that is what people that use to be in the rim industry have told me. This doesn't matter on how many pieces the rim is. Yes it's true that the more pieces the rim is, the better quality is but is still won't cost more than $400 to make with material and labor.

What they told me is that people are just dumb and they will buy anything and that is why they jack up the prices on multipiece rims.

my car isn't white and that is why I haven't made an offer.

there are dumb shopper and smart shoppers. The dumb ones are the ones that over payed for something and still thought they got a deal. The smart ones obviously didn't pay as much.

and he says they are DPE's, there's a lot of companies out there that make imitation rims. So they could be fake with dpe caps.

oh well at least i'm not like this phucker that is getting his head bashed in

well if you do your research correctly you would notice I joined in may and it only says i'm a newbie because I don't do that many post.

I in fact have a life that does not revolve around a computer.

but you can always learn how old farts as yourself do things and old farts like yourself need us newbies to learn how all the new stuff works.

and yes I know what a newbie stands for, but it's just a word that old stuck up people that think that they are good enough call everybody else.

I guess at this point you can say the thread has been hijacked.

newbie..... if you had the slightest knowledge about DPE wheels, you would know that DPE does NOT disclose offsets of their wheels.

$2000 w/ 3 tires is an awesome price......unless you think that $1600 for some 19" brabus replicas is better....?????
